Share + Life Inventory = LIFESTYLE > ELEVATE YOUR LIFE_5.5

In an earlier posting, self-management requires self-awareness and monitoring of one’s own emotional state and responses. Being conscious of our own thoughts, feelings, and behavior is the foundation of self-management. And without it, there is no ability to #reflect or choose a different path.

Self-reflection should not only be intensified in the NEW Year but as a #dailyresolution. This means to synthesize everything that we have learned – reflect, and take #inventory of our experiences.

The consistent practice of #mindfulness + self-management is a powerful combination to improve one’s ability to self-regulate and to enhance our overall well-being. Mindfulness promotes conscious decisions about how to behave over simply going along with whatever our feelings maybe telling us.

To be mindful can be defined as the conscious effort to maintain a moment-to-moment awareness of what’s going on; both inside and around us. It’s important to remain mindful even when our energy levels are down or if we are feeling depleted.

Take this ‘life inventory’ with me today and commit to practice mindfulness as a daily resolution. And learn to tune-in closer to our present moments rather than looking backwards or focus too much into the future.
